HEAD CHEF

Full-time

We want you if you’re passionate about food, guest experience, and making a positive impact every day.  You must be very reliable, a quick learner, and have a positive attitude. You will also stand for 8 hours at a time and may need to lift to 25 lbs. Must be open to working weekends and have flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.

  • Delegating tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.

  • Inform wait staff about daily specials.

  • Ensure appealing plate presentation.

  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.

  • Ability to slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests.

  • Monitor food stock and place orders.

  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

  • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

  • If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to hear about it! Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.

  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.

  • Excellent time management abilities.

  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

  • Culinary school diploma preferred.

  • Serv Safe Certified

LINE COOK/SOUS CHEF

Full-Time

We want you if you’re passionate about food, guest experience, and making a positive impact every day.  The line cook is responsible for food prep in a restaurant, making it one of the most important roles in the kitchen. You must be very reliable, a quick learner, and have a positive attitude. You will also stand for 8 hours at a time and may need to lift to 25 lbs. Must be open to working weekends and have flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.

  • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, and appetizers.

  • Plating prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.

  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.

  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.

  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards ingredients at workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.

  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.

  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef/kitchen manager.

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant or hotel

  • Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills

  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions

  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks

  • Ability to work as a team member

  • Must be organized and self-motivated

  • Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials

BARTENDERS

Part-Time

Do you love meeting people and take providing service personally? You might be perfect for our Bartender position! In this role, you would be interacting with our guests and ensuring that their needs are met while in our restaurant. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests. Must be open to working weekends and have flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits

  • Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail

  • Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner

  • Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations

  • Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons

  • Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers

  • Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories

  • Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment

  • Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory

  • Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies

  • Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks

  • Planning bar menus, creating unique drinks specials

  • Complying with all food and beverage regulations

  • Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior


Experience:

  • 2+ years of bartending experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Smart Serve certification

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication & observational skills

WAIT STAFF

Part-Time

We are looking for a professional and friendly Wait Staff to join our team! Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of clients' satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests. Must be open to working weekends and have flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome & greet customers

  • Introduce our menus and describe different dishes and drinks

  • Make recommendations on specialties

  • Take orders

  • Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner

  • Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards

  • Inspect the quality and looks of the dishes, making sure they uphold standards

  • Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs of customers

  • Handle complaints

  • Deliver checks and accept payment

  • Collaborate closely with other staff members


Experience:

  • Experience as a wait staff or similar role

  • Knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system

  • Customer oriented approach

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal, communication, & observational skills

  • Patient problem solver

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

DISHWASHER

Part-Time

Applicants must be very reliable, a quick learner, and have a positive attitude. You will also stand for 8 hours at a time and may need to lift to 25 lbs. Must be open to working weekends and have flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine

  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine

  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly

  • Empty trash containers regularly

  • Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed

  • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested

  • Clean food prep stations and equipment

  • Assist with prep work as needed


Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred

  • Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift

  • Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
